- Implement clean and maintainable C sharp code using object oriented principles and design patterns to ensure long term reliability and ease of enhancement
- Analyze existing application code and refactor C sharp components to improve performance stability and adherence to coding guidelines
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to clarify requirements provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of features

- Exhibit proficiency in building C sharp applications that interact with relational databases using frameworks such as entity frameworks or equivalent data access techniques
- Show practical experience in implementing unit tests and using testing frameworks in C sharp to achieve high code coverage and reduce regression issues
- Display familiarity with agile delivery practices including iterative development backlog refinement and continuous integration for C sharp projects
- Highlight experience working in hybrid teams using collaboration platforms to coordinate design development and testing activities across locations
