Test Lead | Digital Transformation & Quality Engineering

Are you an experienced testing professional ready to take ownership of quality across complex digital transformation initiatives? Join Cognizant's Intuitive Operations & Automation business and lead testing activities across process improvement and digital business transformation programs. You will help define and implement testing strategies while owning the quality of ongoing releases across multiple applications.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain test management approaches, standards and strategies
- Plan and run testing processes and activities across multiple teams
- Lead and guide less-experienced testers
- Implement testing best practices and ensure standards are followed
- Work closely with developers, business stakeholders, Proxy Product Owners and other testers
- Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional teams
- Implement and maintain Quality Gates
- Standardize test reporting according to stakeholder requirements
- Support the introduction or enhancement of test automation
- Communicate directly with key stakeholders regarding test scope, planning, delivery, validation and reporting
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on test management experience
- Strong understanding of test-management processes, tools and relevant industry trends
- Ability to develop practical test strategies and plans
- Understanding of both manual and automated testing approaches
- Ability to communicate the importance and requirements of testing to stakeholders, including developers and Business Analysts
- Agile testing experience
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong risk-management judgement
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Stack
- Excellent Hungarian and English communication skills
Nice to have
- Relevant testing certification
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD
- Aviation industry experience
