Job Summary
This consulting analyst role focuses on delivering data driven insights and solution recommendations for global clients in the devices domain while working in a hybrid day shift model with no travel expectation. The analyst will collaborate across business and technology teams to design analytical approaches document findings and support implementation that improves device lifecycle performance optimizes operations and strengthens client value through measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Drive structured discovery sessions with client and internal stakeholders to understand current device related business processes pain points and strategic goals and translate these inputs into clearly documented consulting problem statements that guide subsequent analysis and solution design.Develop detailed analytical frameworks for evaluating device product performance customer usage trends and operational metrics and synthesize complex quantitative findings into practical recommendations that enable clients to improve efficiency reduce risk and enhance end user experience.Prepare clear and comprehensive consulting deliverables including business requirement documents current state and future state process descriptions and solution option analyses ensuring that each artifact is logically organized consistent and tailored to the needs of both business and technical audiences.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in a hybrid work environment to validate assumptions refine solution hypotheses and ensure alignment between proposed device domain solutions and the client roadmap while maintaining timely communication and meticulous documentation of decisions and action items.Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analyses for proposed device oriented initiatives covering process changes system enhancements and data integration needs and present concise summaries that highlight business value implementation complexity and key dependencies to support informed decision making.Support configuration and implementation of selected solutions by providing detailed functional input reviewing test scenarios and tracing requirements to delivered features thereby helping project teams confirm that device domain objectives and user expectations are fully met during deployment.Design meaningful performance indicators and reporting views that monitor device related operations customer outcomes and service quality and work with data and technology colleagues to validate that metrics are accurate timely and actionable for ongoing client management.Facilitate workshops and working sessions that walk stakeholders through analysis results recommended solutions and implementation plans encouraging candid feedback and incorporating relevant insights to strengthen client confidence and long term adoption of consulting outputs.Document consulting methodologies reusable templates and lessons learned from device domain engagements in an accessible format enabling the wider organization to leverage proven approaches increase consistency of delivery and accelerate future projects for multinational clients.Apply strong problem solving skills and structured thinking on a daily basis to break down ambiguous device related business challenges into manageable components evaluate alternative solution paths and recommend options that balance innovation cost effectiveness and operational practicality.Coordinate day shift work activities and hybrid collaboration routines to ensure timely progress on project milestones maintain effective communication across onsite and remote participants and uphold company standards for quality security and regulatory compliance in all consulting outputs.Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting refinements to consulting processes proposing enhancements to analytical tools and sharing device market observations that help the company better anticipate client needs and strengthen its role in advancing responsible technology use in society.Engage with domain research client case studies and internal knowledge repositories to stay current on emerging trends in devices and apply these insights to develop forward looking perspectives that help clients design more sustainable reliable and user centered solutions.
Qualifications
Bring between four and six years of experience in consulting analysis business analysis or a closely related discipline demonstrating a consistent track record of converting complex client requirements into clear documentation and practical solution recommendations for enterprise environments.Possess solid exposure to the devices domain such as consumer electronics medical devices or industrial equipment with the ability to understand lifecycle stages regulatory considerations and user behavior patterns and to incorporate this understanding into nuanced analysis and advisory work.Show strong proficiency in analytical and problem solving techniques including data interpretation process mapping and root cause analysis and be comfortable using productivity and reporting tools to produce high quality artifacts that support informed decision making by clients.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration capabilities suited to a hybrid work model including the capacity to run structured discussions capture meeting outcomes accurately and work effectively across diverse teams and cultures in a multinational organization without frequent travel.Exhibit familiarity with consulting or project delivery practices such as requirement elicitation change impact assessment test support and post implementation review and apply these practices consistently to maintain high quality outcomes across multiple concurrent client engagements.Display a proactive learning mindset with readiness to build deeper expertise in devices data analysis and consulting methods and show commitment to ethical business practice and inclusive teamwork that supports the company purpose of creating responsible and impactful technology solutions for global society.
