Job Summary
Senior Recruiter with eight to ten years of experience will drive end to end talent acquisition for a global organization by managing strategic hiring for hybrid day shift roles partnering closely with stakeholders optimizing recruiting processes and ensuring an inclusive high quality candidate experience that supports business growth and societal impact through equitable employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for experienced hybrid day shift roles by sourcing screening evaluating and closing candidates while sustaining a consistent high quality experience across all touchpoints for both internal and external talent.
- Drive strategic workforce planning by partnering with hiring managers and human resources teams to forecast talent needs build role specific hiring plans and align recruitment outcomes with organizational goals and long term growth priorities.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using professional networks job boards referrals and market intelligence to attract diverse high caliber talent that strengthens innovation and reflects inclusive organizational values.
- Optimize interview and selection processes by coordinating structured assessments guiding panel interviewers and ensuring decisions are driven by objective criteria that promote fairness quality of hire and long term retention.
- Provide data informed insights by tracking key recruitment metrics such as time to fill quality of hire offer acceptance rates and pipeline diversity and by recommending continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling role descriptions and employer branding content that clearly communicate responsibilities growth opportunities and the organization purpose in contributing to society.
- Mentor and support junior recruiting colleagues by sharing best practices tools and market knowledge which raises overall team capability and improves service delivery to business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations as well as internal policies by following standardized recruiting procedures and maintaining accurate documentation that protects candidates and the organization.
- Enhance candidate experience by setting clear expectations offering timely feedback and guiding individuals through hybrid role requirements thereby building trust and reinforcing the organizations reputation as an equitable employer.
- Partner with compensation and business teams to shape competitive and fair offers by providing market benchmarks candidate insights and negotiation support that result in sustainable mutually beneficial employment relationships.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to maintain organized pipelines manage communications and generate reports that inform leadership decisions and demonstrate operational excellence.
- Coordinate onboarding touchpoints with human resources and business teams to ensure new hires transition smoothly into hybrid work models with clarity on role expectations tools and support structures that enable early productivity.
- Contribute to corporate social responsibility and inclusive hiring initiatives by promoting access to opportunities for candidates from varied backgrounds and by aligning recruitment activities with the organizations broader impact on communities. Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience in senior recruiting roles by managing complex hiring assignments across functions for at least eight years and by consistently achieving hiring targets in dynamic business environments.
- Exhibit strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools by using them to manage pipelines generate insights and support data guided decisions that improve hiring quality and speed.
- Apply advanced sourcing skills using professional networking platforms niche job sites talent communities and referral programs to identify and engage specialized talent suited for hybrid work settings.
- Show deep knowledge of employment regulations equal opportunity practices and ethical recruiting standards by integrating them into daily workflows to ensure safe inclusive and compliant hiring outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates by using clear structured and empathetic verbal and written communication that supports collaboration negotiation and positive relationship building.

Certifications Required
Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent talent acquisition certification.
