Responsibilities : -Lead end to end functional design and configuration of SAP EWM to optimize warehouse processes inventory accuracy and material flow for manufacturing operations while aligning with enterprise standards and compliance requirements. -Drive integration of SAP EWM with core ERP and related modules to ensure consistent data movement robust system interfaces and reliable transaction processing supporting production planning and execution. -Provide expert guidance on SAP QM quality notifications to ensure efficient defect logging root cause tracking and resolution workflows that support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in manufacturing. -Manage SAP QM inspection processes in production by defining inspection plans characteristics and results recording that safeguard product quality and reduce rework and waste across production lines. -Develop and maintain SAP QM master data including inspection catalogs codes and decision rules that enable stable quality processes reliable reporting and consistent adherence to corporate quality standards. -Coordinate with SAP PP PI stakeholders to align batch recipes process orders and manufacturing instructions with warehouse and quality processes ensuring synchronized operations and traceability from raw material receipt to finished goods. -Collaborate closely with business process owners from process manufacturing and industrial manufacturing domains to translate operational requirements into practical SAP configurations and enhancements that deliver measurable value. -Oversee functional testing activities including unit integration and user acceptance testing for EWM QM and PP PI scenarios to ensure robust system performance and minimized defects during deployment and steady state. -Provide day to day functional support for hybrid working teams by analyzing incidents and change requests proposing solutions and implementing system changes that improve user experience and operational efficiency during day shift. -Guide documentation of functional designs configuration rationales process flows and user procedures so that project teams support staff and business users can sustain and evolve the solution over time. -Partner with technical teams to define functional specifications for enhancements reports and interfaces related to warehouse management quality management and process manufacturing ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. -Champion process improvement by using data from EWM and QM reports to identify bottlenecks quality trends and systemic issues then driving actions that support safety sustainability and customer satisfaction objectives. -Align functional decisions with company purpose by promoting solutions that reduce waste improve product reliability and support responsible manufacturing practices that positively impact society and stakeholder trust. -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong practical experience in SAP EWM extended warehouse management including inbound outbound internal movements and storage control that supports complex manufacturing warehouses and hybrid work models. -Apply deep knowledge of SAP EWM integration with core ERP and related modules to ensure robust data consistency and transaction flow across procurement production and distribution processes. -Show proven expertise in SAP QM quality notifications and inspection processes in production with the ability to design inspection plans and notification workflows that support strict quality and compliance needs. -Maintain solid understanding of SAP QM master data structures and configuration such as catalogs codes inspection methods and usage decisions that ensure stable long term quality operations. -Bring hands on experience in SAP PP PI with focus on batch management process orders and recipe management supporting continuous production lines and integration with quality and warehouse functions. -Leverage domain exposure in process manufacturing industry and industrial manufacturing to interpret production realities safety requirements and regulatory expectations when shaping SAP solutions. -Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams in a hybrid model during day shift ensuring clear requirement gathering solution walkthroughs and user enablement. 9.
