Position: Product Manager

Role Summary
Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for the BEE portfolio. Drive customer-centric outcomes by partnering with business, technology, design, and operations teams to deliver high-value digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and execution plans.
- Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth initiatives.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
- Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch.
- Write and refine high-level business and product requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, manage dependencies partner teams and product releases.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams.
- Provide product and market insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner closely with onshore product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with technology, UX, design, marketing, operations, and business teams.
- Drive organizational alignment to bring products to market successfully.
- Facilitate decision-making and manage dependencies across teams.
Business & Commercial Ownership
- Own product business cases and value realization.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements and issue resolution.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback, research, and insights.
- Track progress, risks, timeline requirements.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
