About the role
As a Senior Director, Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting, you will make an impact by leading the growth, delivery, and market reputation of Cognizant's M&A consulting offerings across the full deal lifecycle. - Advise C-suite leaders across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal thesis and target screening, due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, separation and carve-out execution, operating model design, and synergy realization.
- Lead the mobilization and quality of integration management offices, separation management offices, and complex transformation programs, while overseeing program risks, controls, governance, and client outcomes.
- Shape and sell consulting-led M&A engagements by directing pursuits, enabling account teams, credentializing opportunities, and developing differentiated solutions across M&A, transformation management, and program management.
- Build a high-performing global consulting team by aligning demand generation and recruiting, developing capabilities, mentoring leaders and consultants, and advancing thought leadership, alliances, and a community of practice.
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Business Leadership, including client focus, accountability, strategic direction, inclusion, and financial acumen.
