Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (Presales) to join our ServiceNow business Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the presales activities, working closely with the sales, bid and account team. You will act as a technical expert during the sales cycle, showcasing the capabilities of ServiceNow, designing solutions and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the client’s business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, account and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements, and design tailored ServiceNow solutions that addresses the business challenges and maximize value

  • Lead the response to the RFP’s/RFI’s by providing detailed technical inputs and creating solution deliverables

  • Work with sales and bid teams to develop technical proposals and ensure alignment between proposed solutions and customer requirements

  • Participate in customer workshops, bid defense activities

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position the ServiceNow solutions

  • Conduct detailed DEMO’s/presentations during the client visit and effectively communicate how ServiceNow can address their business challenges

Technical Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow presales

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow platform including modules like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM & more

  • Proficiency in developing & delivering client presentations and POC’s

  • Ability to design and document solutions that complement customer requirements and existing technology landscape

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure with an understanding of how ServiceNow solutions integrate with these platforms

  • ServiceNow/Other certifications

  • ServiceNow System Administrator (Preferred)

  • ITIL V3/4 Foundation (Preferred)

  • Certified implementation specialist (Desired)
