Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 6 years of experience in Vmware administration and Windows administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Regulatory and Process Control Governance and Compliance. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys operations and compliance standards.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and management of Vmware environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee Windows administration tasks including installation configuration and troubleshooting of Windows servers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Vmware and Windows-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain regulatory and process control governance and compliance standards.
  • Ensure all systems are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and policies.
  • Monitor system performance and security addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance and governance best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Vmware administration.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Windows administration with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory and process control governance and compliance.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining system documentation.
  • Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and assessments.
  • Be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and support staff on compliance and governance best practices.
  • Show experience in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
  • Be committed to staying updated on regulatory requirements and ensuring company compliance.
