Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday. Experience in Advent Geneva is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR systems and processes contributing to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday systems.
  • Oversee the integration of HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Train HR staff on the use of Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday systems.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday.
  • Have experience in system integration and data management.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Display the ability to train and support HR staff.
  • Have a good understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Experience in Advent Geneva is a plus.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on HR technology.
  • Show a commitment to contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
