Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel MS Office and MS PowerPoint. Experience in Sales & Marketing is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports to track progress and performance.
  • Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate business development plans and results.
  • Manage and update business development documentation and records using MS Office tools.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business development processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business development practices to achieve better outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Must have excellent skills in MS Office for documentation and communication.
  • Must have expertise in MS PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Nice to have experience in Sales & Marketing to enhance business development efforts.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Must have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

    Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
