Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Core Java and Microservices for our E-Learning and Education domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write) is required. The role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that enhance our educational platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Core Java and Microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of the software applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Core Java and Microservices.
  • Have experience in the E-Learning and Education domain.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write).
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Show capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Possess experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code standards.
  • Show ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Have knowledge of best practices in software development.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
