Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manhattan WMoS and a background in Demand Management Consulting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to our companys success. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Manhattan WMoS to ensure seamless warehouse management operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Provide technical expertise in Manhattan WMoS to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality standards.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of scalable and efficient solutions for warehouse management.
  • Ensure that all developed solutions are aligned with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Manhattan WMoS and related technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
  • Document technical specifications system configurations and user manuals for developed solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of development processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Manhattan WMoS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Have a solid understanding of warehouse management operations and best practices.
  • Demonstrate experience in Demand Management Consulting and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in coding languages and frameworks relevant to Manhattan WMoS.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers to foster their growth.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining code quality standards.
