Lead Front-end Engineer

Location: Remote, Poland

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Front-end Developer with a proven track record in leading projects or teams and mentoring other developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, complemented by some back-end development experience, and a deep understanding of user interface design and RESTful web services.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in developing front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
  • Experience in user interface design to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing APIs for building software applications, including GUI components.
  • Proficiency in writing maintainable code using TDD/BDD paradigms.
  • Good understanding of clean code principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Architecture).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with the application development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in overseeing the work of other team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of encryption/decryption methods and tools would be a plus.

  • Research, evaluate, architect, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions for our clients
  • Stay on top of latest technologies
  • Share knowledge and know-how of software best practices among the team
