Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Electronic Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software products.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance process for software products in the Electronic Payments domain
  • Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG
  • Provide expertise in Java programming to enhance test automation frameworks
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
  • Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution
  • Implement and maintain build automation using Maven
  • Conduct thorough PL/SQL testing to ensure data integrity and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test data
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and methodologies
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve the QA process to enhance product quality and team efficiency

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Jenkins for CI/CD processes
  • Must have proficiency in Java for developing test automation frameworks
  • Must have expertise in TestNG for automated testing
  • Must have experience with Jira for defect tracking and management
  • Must have hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing
  • Must have knowledge of Maven for build automation
  • Must have experience with PL/SQL for database testing
  • Nice to have experience in the Electronic Payments domain
  • Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Nice to have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Nice to have the ability to work in a hybrid work model
