Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management SAP Storage Unit Management and SAP WM RF Transactions. Experience in General Corporate Operations and maintaining open invoices list is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP Yard and Resource Management solutions
  • Oversee the configuration and optimization of SAP Storage Unit Management processes
  • Provide expertise in SAP WM RF Transactions to ensure seamless warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes
  • Ensure the integration of SAP modules with other business systems
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Train and support end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and system performance
  • Support the maintenance of open invoices list and other financial operations as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SAP Yard and Resource Management
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP Storage Unit Management
  • Have a strong background in SAP WM RF Transactions
  • Exhibit knowledge of General Corporate Operations
  • Show proficiency in maintaining open invoices list
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Certifications Required

    SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP WM or SAP Yard Logistics
