Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in SAP CPI - DS and SAP API. Experience in the Cable Communications Industry and entering PO requests in ERP is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Cable Communications Industry to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage the process of entering PO requests in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical input to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies to drive innovation.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API.
  • Should have a strong background in the Cable Communications Industry.
  • Must be proficient in entering PO requests in ERP systems.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
