Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager-R2R with 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and technical skills to manage and oversee the R2R process efficiently. The position is a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the R2R team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the general ledger accounting process to maintain financial integrity.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline R2R processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for R2R processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves performance targets.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL).
  • Should have strong domain knowledge in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
