Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - Adv with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing online data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data from various sources.
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize online performance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analysis tools and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong English speaking skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both in-office and remote environments.
  • Be comfortable with rotational shifts ensuring availability to support team needs at various times.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Show a willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Show a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security at all times.
