Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Pega technologies and Payer domain expertise. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of Pega applications ensuring seamless integration and user experience. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Pega applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega Reporting to ensure accurate and timely data insights.
  • Provide expertise in Pega Platform to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Lead the development of Pega Application Development projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Integrate Pega Data and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Enhance Pega User Experience to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
  • Manage Pega Case Management to streamline business processes and workflows.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

  • Qualifications

  • Constellation development experience
  • Must have strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Should possess expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
  • Must have experience in Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Should have domain expertise in Payer.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be able to work in a hybrid model with a day shift.
  • Must be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
