Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BMCHelix CMDB and BMCHelix Remedy. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of BMCHelix CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMCHelix Remedy to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Implement and manage IT infrastructure projects to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all IT operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of BMCHelix CMDB and BMCHelix Remedy.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes and practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of BMCHelix CMDB and its configuration management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in BMCHelix Remedy and its application in IT service management.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in monitoring and maintaining IT systems for optimal performance.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining IT documentation and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in rotational shifts and provide 24/7 support.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT issues.
  • Have experience in conducting IT system audits and implementing corrective measures.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
