Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server and Python and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the companys goals and make a significant impact on our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement database structures to support business applications.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries to ensure efficient performance.
  • Write clean maintainable and efficient code in Python.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.
  • Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with SQL Server and Python.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in database design and optimization techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Have experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
