Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Associate and Senior Back end Role with 10 to 12 years of experience in Java and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and domain expertise in Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate testing activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background in Java with at least 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Analytics with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Show proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Be familiar with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
