Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT and a good understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing domain. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our IoT initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of IoT solutions using AWS IoT services.
  • Oversee the integration of IoT devices with cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure the scalability and security of IoT solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of IoT applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IoT systems and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technology.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Drive innovation and explore new opportunities for IoT applications in the Industrial Manufacturing domain.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in AWS IoT and related services.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IoT device integration.
  • Have a good knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C++.
  • Display strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IoT projects.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
