Job summary
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Finance and Workday Integrations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. Workday Integration Experts for the DDIT HCM Program.
Responsibilities
- Drive design prototyping build test and cutover integration activities during respective phases of the project and meeting scope quality timelines defined by program management.
- Coordinate development teams from different IT CoEs (including AMS Factory Services) for design build and test of applications in scope of HCM Program.
- Analyze geospatial data to provide actionable insights for business decisions
- Develop and maintain Workday Finance and Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their geospatial data needs
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial analyses
- Implement best practices for data management and integration within Workday systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Finance and Integrations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial analysis and Workday systems
- Train and mentor junior analysts on geospatial data analysis techniques and Workday functionalities
- Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used for geospatial analysis
- Support the companys mission by providing data-driven insights that enhance decision-making
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in geospatial data analysis with at least 6 years of experience
- Demonstrate expertise in Workday Finance and Workday Integrations
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Show proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to work
