Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in Dynatrace. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing technical projects ensuring the seamless integration of Dynatrace solutions and providing expert guidance to the team. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys technological advancements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Dynatrace solutions across various projects.
  • Oversee the performance monitoring and optimization of applications using Dynatrace.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the technical team on Dynatrace-related issues.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of Dynatrace tools and their alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for Dynatrace usage and application performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members on Dynatrace functionalities and updates.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynatrace.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynatrace and application performance monitoring.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on Dynatrace implementation and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies related to Dynatrace.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
