Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in .NET and domain expertise in Finance & Accounting Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending. The candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role is crucial in driving our projects to success and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing developing and maintaining .NET applications.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding standards testing and deployment processes.
  • Ensure the security performance and scalability of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into the development process where applicable.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed effectively.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all development activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in .NET development with hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Finance & Accounting Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in leading and mentoring a team of developers fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Have a deep understanding of software development best practices including coding standards and testing methodologies.
  • Display strong communication skills both written and verbal for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies integrating them into the development process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all development activities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and analysis ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Show proficiency in preparing and presenting technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Ensure the security performance and scalability of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
