This role will be part of a team that is focussed on creating high-value, actionable research output that works towards growing our Business. In addition, the Associate will manage/mentor other research analysts and interact directly with BU leadership as required.
Role Requirements: MBA (reputed institutes preferred) with minimum 6-11 years of relevant experience, preferably in research. Experience with KPO/BPO, consulting firms preferred. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, highly motivated, proactive with an ability to work under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision. Some amount of leadership/people-management/mentoring experience will be an additional advantage.
The professional also needs to develop research ideas, formulate hypotheses, and validate them, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and demonstrate strong business writing acumen and presentation skills.
Apply established research tools and methodologies/research techniques (e.g. in-depth financial analysis, case studies, and econometrics) to support business decision-making.
Other basic skills expected are Analytical skills, Ms-Excel, Power point, financial analysis knowledge and good command over written English with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong interests in research is preferred. Any experience with Tableau, R analytics can be a value add. Exposure to databases such as HFS, Everest, NelsonHall, ISG, Gartner, FactSet and others is an added advantage
