Java Technical Lead
Location: Hartford - CT USA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:Candidate will be playing Technical Lead role.
Design and develop Java-based applications and components.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
Lead architectural and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
Required Qualifications:
8+ Years of experience
Java Proficiency: Deep understanding of core Java concepts, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and multithreading
Java Frameworks: Experience with popular Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.
Database Knowledge: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 11th , 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $113,000 to $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
