Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Spring Batch and Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions using Spring Batch and Java.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding testing and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Batch and Java.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in software development methodologies.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
