Service Delivery Manager Associate
Job Description
- Manage a team size of 10 or more.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely Encounter file processing and submission to State and federal agencies.
- Analyze and interprets encounter data to identify potential issues and trends; Review, research, investigate and correct encounter issues through data and process analysis.
- Propose short-term and long-term solutions for fixing Encounters data validation errors and State rejects to improve submission and acceptance rates and to meet State and client Service level agreements.
Required Skills
- 10 years’ experience in full life cycle software development, including requirement definition, analysis, design, coding, system testing, documentation and implementation
- 3+ years’ experience in managing a team size of 10 or more
- 5+ years’ experience in Customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Encounters Knowledge
- FACETS experience
- SSIS\SSRS experience
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Jun 7th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
