Tririga Business Analyst

As a Tririga Business Analyst, you’ll make a meaningful impact by crafting how we manage Capital Projects and operational workflows. Your work will directly contribute to smarter decision making, increased efficiency, and improved alignment across teams. You'll be part of a unique opportunity to turn multifaceted business needs into real world solutions that drive value and support long-term growth. You will be a valued member of our Internet of Things (IoT) Practice and work collaboratively with our Senior Project Coordinator.

In this role, you will

  • Serve as a trusted expert in Capital Projects.
  • Guide projects through the full lifecycle, from funding to closure.
  • Support bidding processes and promote alignment to standard methodologies.
  • Manage contracts, including change orders and invoicing workflows.
  • Lead all aspects of budgeting activities and budget change requests.
  • Coordinate submittals and ensure timely, organized documentation.
  • Handle RFI submissions and responses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and project justification.
  • Configure and tailor Tririga applications to support evolving business needs.
  • Test and validate Tririga solutions to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Offer training and hands-on support to users at all levels.
  • Coordinate collaboratively across diverse teams to ensure solutions are integrated and scalable.
  • Analyze and solve issues within Tririga to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and continuously learn and apply new standard processes in the industry.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • A Business Administration, Information Technology degree or a related field.
  • A proven track record of 8 or more years as a Tririga Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • A solid grasp of the Tririga platform and its capabilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of Capital Projects and related processes.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic approach.
  • Comfort with gathering and translating business needs into actionable steps.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Tririga applications.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging standard methodologies.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

  • Tririga certification or relevant training.
  • Experience in the retail banking sector.
  • Detailed knowledge with project management principles or methodologies

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
