We are currently looking for a Power BI Developer to join our growing team.
What you´ll do
As a Power BI Developer, you will design and implement data solutions using Power BI Service. You will oversee the development of data models to ensure efficient and effective data analysis, provide expertise in DAX to create complex calculations and measures, and utilize MS Power BI to develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the design and implementation of data solutions using Power BI Service.
- Oversee the development of data models to ensure efficient and effective data analysis.
- Provide expertise in DAX to create complex calculations and measures.
- Utilize MS Power BI to develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through robust database management and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data models and reports for performance and scalability.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of data models to align with evolving business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present data insights and recommendations.
Necessary skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in supporting Actuarial systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization, performance tuning, and data extraction.
- Experience working with Git for version control, managing code repositories, and collaborating with the development team.
- Proficiency in Excel VBA for developing macros and automation of Actuarial processes.
- Familiarity with ResQ or other similar actuarial software for insurance liability analysis and scenario modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in the Actuarial systems..
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and system troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
