Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in Globalscape. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work model focusing on day shifts and will contribute to enhancing investment banking operations. This position does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Globalscape to optimize investment banking operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Implement best practices for software development to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all development activities.
  • Document technical processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
  • Contribute to the companys goals by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
