Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms to gather data and insights that align with the companys objectives.
- Analyze social media trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Utilize MS Excel to organize analyze and present social media data effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive reports that highlight key social media metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance social media engagement and reach.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to optimize monitoring processes.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
- Support the development of social media strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all social media monitoring activities.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to present social media insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of social media monitoring methodologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical skills with experience in insights reporting.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Show ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Display strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
