Securities Specialists - Custody Settlement
Full time office role (no remote, no home office)

12 months contract
Responsibilities:
Securities Settlements
· Ensures end-to-end processing of free-of-payment portfolio transfers for our private clients.
· Coordinates along broad range of assets the alignment with all involved parties and captures instructions including monitoring of successful settlement in global markets.
· Receive and validate client settlement orders and process of exceptions on settlement orders.
· Match Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI’s) with enriching asset transfer transactions for counterparty custodians.
· Monitor, identify, and raise settlement fails on both position and cash side. Liaise with internal partners and external counterparties (e.g. custodian banks) in order to resolve breaks, issues, and queries.
· Repair and release of settlement instruction of custody transactions in the various markets worldwide but also manage clients’ e-mail queries related to existing/potential transactions
Skills and Experience:
• 1-3 years relevant experience in custody settlements
• Good understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions
• Understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian bank.
• Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
• Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders).
