Who are we looking for?
To join our Singapore Graduate program, you will need to meet our 3 requirements:
- You are Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
- Graduating between June 2024 and June 2025.
To join our Malaysia Graduate program, you will need to meet our 3 requirements:
- You are Malaysian Citizen or Malaysia Permanent Resident.
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
- Graduating between June 2024 and June 2025.
To join our Graduate program in China, our requirements vary based on the role you join us for:
IT generic roles:
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields (e.g. 2024 graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in computer-related science and engineering majors).
- Be familiar with the theoretical knowledge and practical operations related to the technology stack direction of the corresponding position.
- Must be fluent in Chinese and have English proficiency.
- Have strong learning ability, good sense of responsibility, team communication and collaboration skills.
IOA Roles:
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above in language/business/liberal arts and other related fields.
- Have good communication skills, team communication and collaboration skills.
- Have excellent language skills (English, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
- Have strong academic ability and good sense of responsibility.
To join our Japanese Graduate program, you will need to meet our 3 requirements:
- You are Japanese citizen or foreigners who are currently studying in Japan.
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
- Must be fluent in Japanese language (JLPT – 1).
- Graduating between June 2024 and March 2025.

An opportunity for aspiring, eager and capable graduates who are looking for a career in the technology scene of today. We have a dedicated team who is committed to the development of the leaders of tomorrow, and with that dedication, they crafted our 12-month Graduate Program.
Our graduate program isn’t like how you’d imagine it to be. For starters, you won’t be rotating across the business. You will be enrolled into one of our businesses directly upon onboarding with us based on your interest and capabilities. This assignment also means that you can immediately build your niche skills and business-specific tools that will help you face future challenges.
We have 3 stages to our interview Process.
- Interview with Campus Recruitment Team
- Technical Assessment
- Technical interview
In Singapore, we onboard our graduates during: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
In Malaysia, we onboard our graduates during: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
If you have applied in Japan for:
- 2024, International graduates will join in October 2024.
- 2025, Domestic graduates will join in April 2025.
- 2025, International graduates will join in October 2025.
In China, we onboard our graduates from January until June.
