About the role:
We are seeking an IT Engineer with AVEVA System Platform and automation knowledge to join our team for an on-site role in Bulle, Switzerland. The ideal candidate should have strong IT knowledge with automation and AVEVA System Platform experience and the related hardware infrastructure within the pharmaceutical industry.
He should be highly motivated, innovative, and a self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Summary:
- Review and analysis of business User Requirements Specification Documents
- Support Software development, testing, commissioning and qualification in collaboration with automation team
- Ability to provide IT L2/L3 support
- Support the execution of system changes and optimisation under site change control
- Qualification Execution
Incident management:
- L2/L3 support
- End to end IT incident management
- Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
- Monitoring Application health
Problem management:
- Proactive and reactive problem management
- Create and manage problem tickets
- Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)
Change Management:
- Create, manage change requests
- Follow up on change activities
- Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)
- Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:
- Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
- Create installation procedures as appropriate
- Create and manage asset information in CMDB
- Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
- Create/update service desk guide
- Create/update configuration guide
Requirements:
- Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP
- Minumim over 5+ years relevant industry experience
- Pharma industry experience perferred but not essential
- IT experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
