Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Modelling SnM IQVIA Reporting SnM DigiMktg CRM- Marketing Marketing Analytics Qlikview SAS and Tableau. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Oversee the development and implementation of data models to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.Provide expertise in SnM IQVIA Reporting to drive data-driven decision-making processes.Utilize SnM DigiMktg skills to enhance digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Implement and manage CRM-Marketing systems to improve customer relationship management and marketing efforts.Conduct comprehensive marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlikview SAS and Tableau to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on data and marketing analytics.Demonstrate expertise in Data Modelling SnM IQVIA Reporting SnM DigiMktg CRMMarketing Marketing Analytics Qlikview SAS and Tableau.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have experience in multicultural marketing MCM dashboarding and reporting patient services and support centers and brand reporting and analytics is a plus.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
