Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN and preferably domain experience in Data Models. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.Oversee the implementation of IDBS ELN solutions to ensure they meet business needs.Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress.Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis.Utilize IDBS ELN to streamline laboratory workflows and data management.Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IDBS ELN with other systems.Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are met.Provide training and support to end-users on IDBS ELN functionalities.Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis.Demonstrate mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN.Show domain experience in Data Models is a plus.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be proficient in project management methodologies.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a strong understanding of data management and laboratory workflows.Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.Have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
