Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions.Oversee the integration of various systems using MuleSoft Integration.Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to ensure seamless connectivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Develop and implement best practices for MuleSoft development and integration.Ensure the scalability and reliability of MuleSoft solutions.Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications to ensure optimal performance.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on MuleSoft best practices.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions.Ensure all MuleSoft solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity.Have extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.Demonstrate strong skills in IT Consulting and Analytics.Exhibit excellent English language skills in reading writing and speaking.Show proficiency in developing and implementing MuleSoft best practices.Have a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show the ability to provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
