Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PostgreSQL DB Administration MySQL and Oracle. This role is hybrid requiring a blend of remote and on-site work. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
Oversee the administration and optimization of PostgreSQL MySQL and Oracle databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain infrastructure architecture that supports business goals.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Manage and monitor infrastructure resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-efficiency.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the organization.
