Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in PowerShell Shell scripting Ansible Suse-Linux Administration and RedHat Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of Suse-Linux and RedHat Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.Implement and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management and application deployment.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support industrial manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of IT systems.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and address any critical issues that arise.Lead efforts to continuously improve system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting for automation and task management.Demonstrate proficiency in Suse-Linux Administration and RedHat Linux Administration.Have hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and deployment.Show a solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and IT system integration.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address system issues promptly.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
