Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisionsProvide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutionsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metricsConduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy and planningAssist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performanceEnsure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checksSupport the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast business trends and outcomesCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligenceProvide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniquesContribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologiesWork closely with IT and data management teams to ensure data availability and accessibility
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Economics Statistics or Data ScienceHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsDemonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and data visualization softwareExhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendationsShow experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is highly desirableDisplay the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentHave a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrityBe able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentShow a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changeDemonstrate experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniquesPossess knowledge of market research and competitive analysis methodologiesExhibit a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
