Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow Secops ServiceNow GRC ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in English. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to optimize asset management processes.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations and incident response.Provide expertise in ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management across the organization.Manage ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.Conduct ServiceNow Discovery to identify and map IT assets and dependencies within the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systems and processes.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow tools.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow implementations and configurations.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow Secops ServiceNow GRC ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.Show proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid work model.Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
