Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Spring Boot and Java for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of technical projects using Spring Boot and Java.Ensure high-quality code by conducting regular code reviews and providing constructive feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy scalable applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Optimize application performance and scalability through effective design and coding practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance productivity.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Java with a deep understanding of their frameworks and libraries.Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable high-performance applications.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a solid understanding of agile development methodologies and practices.Be familiar with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Nice to have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to enhance application deployment and scalability.Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.Show experience in leading technical projects and providing mentorship to junior developers.Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
