Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in IBM Mainframe Utilities CICS and DB2. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in leading technical projects and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of technical solutions using IBM Mainframe Utilities CICS and DB2Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure alignment with business goalsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for systems and applicationsEnsure the performance security and reliability of mainframe systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsMonitor system performance and implement optimizations as neededParticipate in project planning and provide technical input for project timelinesStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and technical insightsContribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in IBM Mainframe Utilities CICS and DB2Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExhibit strong communication and collaboration abilitiesHave a solid understanding of mainframe architecture and system designShow proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuningDisplay experience in leading technical projects and teamsHold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldPreferably have experience with Agile methodologiesBe committed to continuous learning and professional development.
