We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Java Developer
What you’ll do:
• Provide L1.5/ L2 support for IBM BAW ( BPEL, Mediation ) and WAS servers ( Java Application).
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
• Handle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
• Collaborate with L3 support teams/ client Designer, Architects/ Business Team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Implement and maintain best practices for system operations and support.
• To take up SRE related activities on enhancement and recurring issues to stabilize current platform and improve Application availability
• Document issues, resolutions, and workarounds to build a knowledge base.
Preferred experience:
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or java developer
• Proven experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Strong knowledge of Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced Level of English is a Must
