Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Core Java and Microservices for our E-Learning and Education domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write) is required. The role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that enhance our educational platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Core Java and Microservices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.Ensure the scalability and reliability of the software applications.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Core Java and Microservices.Have experience in the E-Learning and Education domain.Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write).Show ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.Show capability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality.Possess experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code standards.Show ability to create and maintain technical documentation.Have knowledge of best practices in software development.Exhibit a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
