Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in Regulatory-Veeva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva and a good understanding of Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Veeva solutions to meet regulatory requirementsOversee the development and maintenance of Veeva applicationsProvide technical guidance and support to the development teamEnsure the quality and performance of Veeva applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsDevelop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of Veeva solutionsMonitor and troubleshoot Veeva applications to resolve any issuesStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Veeva and regulatory technologiesDocument technical specifications and user guides for Veeva applicationsConduct training sessions for team members on Veeva best practicesParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologiesSupport the integration of Veeva applications with other systems and platforms
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Regulatory-Veeva with 5 to 9 years of experienceHave a good understanding of Research and Development domain skillsDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExhibit strong communication and collaboration abilitiesShow proficiency in developing and maintaining Veeva applicationsDisplay knowledge of best practices in Veeva implementation and supportHave experience in leading technical teams and projectsBe capable of working effectively in a hybrid work modelBe committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet regulatory requirementsStay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva and related technologiesBe able to document technical specifications and user guides clearlyHave the ability to conduct training sessions for team membersBe proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
